Decorating your house

Searched for this but didn't see any threads pertaining to this
I only own a home in white run so this option maybe be available in other cities
But with other Bethesda titles ie. the fallout series you can see a merchant and purchase decorating themes for your house
Is this avail at all?

Sure is. Head up to Dragonsreach and find the jarl's steward. Chat him up and you'll be able to purchase some cool stuff for the house. Alchemy table, beds, furniture, book cases, etc. Happy shopping! I won't be undersold!
