I run some characters likeat, but others use the respawn at last save feature. The DIDs are usually a lot more concerned with Defense. Armor, Blocking, Smithing to make them more effective, and Layering (the same with Magic Defense.) Usually a Hunter, LA, Bow, Sneak, you know the class. Survivalist, using mostly Food for Health instead of Potions/Achemy, and no Magicka. Keep an eye out for those Sabercats! No Shouts, either (like Aura Whisper) nor Dragons. Pure Survival Mode adds a little more excitement to an otherwise relaxed playthrough.
