Spoiler Dawnguard Reaction to Vampirism?

So after exploring Dimhollow Crypt and finding Serana, I did a bit of fast-traveling on my paladin to various cities. Problem, me being the idiot I am forgot to check active effects. I contracted vampirism and on this character I'm not allowed to load previous saves, and I'm actually ok with the vampirism. I want to know how the members of the dawnguard will react to my vampirism, anyone did this?

Go to a nearby shrine and get blessed. If you're too late go to Falion in Morthal to remove the vampirism. If it's your first time seeing him it will be free.
