PC Bug with fine

[Papzt]

Hello fellow skyrimers?! After reinstalling of the game due to some problems I've found another really annoying bug. Everytime I'm in Whiterun and some vampires attack I'll get 1000 septims fine in Rift. It's really annoying now due to the new RP i started which...let's say make some massive use of thievery. Also the guards instandt attack me when i arrive there. Anyone noticed or have the same issues?

Probably the Rift have an aquantince with the vampires, and think you are the master vampire, and you are hurting vampires, and some of the guards are vampires. maybe...
