Assassin Help

Im going to be making an Assassin Character soon as my second character
I was wondering (what race i should pick/what standing stone/what perks/what attributes)
and is the dark brotherhood still in skyrim,do i kill someone and sleep like oblivion?

Be an Argonian or Khajiit. Pick the thief/shadow stone. Keep your perks in sneak and other stuff like that. Dark brotherhood is still there, but you have to go to Windhelm and talk to people to find out that a kid is performing the Black Sacrement etc. Or you can go to Loreius Farm (?) and talk to Cicero.
