PC Amulet of the Moon, bugs?

So i was given this quest by Kharjo, and he pointed me to Bilegulch Mine, though theres no map marker shown,
i decide to retrieve the amulet to the mine, but there is no moon amulet in there.
any possibility to fix this bug?

You'll probably just have to use the console to add the Moon Amulet to your inventory. Or you could look up the console commands for the quest to reset

First trick didnt work,
i'll try searching for 2nd about reset the quest

actually, i can't make the console properly show the Quest id,
however i found here , "FreeFormCaravansA", is that quest id?
