Absolutely true. The only perks that increase dagger damage are in the 'Stealth Tree'.Correct Sahdira if she is wrong, but perks specific to swords (ei, bladesman) would not apply to daggers. Sahdira tried two daggers for a time but was happier with sword and dagger. She seemed to kill her opponents faster.
I think the base 5/5 and dual savagery both apply to daggers
I luv Valdr's Lucky Dagger and I keep it on me all the time after I get it. I didn't even know there was a bound dagger! I've gotten to really like my bound ax, sword and bow, but it would be cool to have a dagger as well. Where can you get it?Dual equipping Valdr's lucky dagger and some random dagger with no enchantment and then using Elemental Fury is a very viscious combo. Recently I've been preffering the Bound Dagger. By level 2, dual wielding them gives you a destructive DPS.
However, I would actually prefer sword and dagger mainly because you've a slightly better damage output than dual daggers.
If you want the typical assassin build however, dual daggers are certainly the way to go. Dual wielding sneak power attack with daggers doing upwards of 30x damage? Yeah, the Ebony Warrior doesn't have antthing on that. I'd also use a crossbow. Bit loud, but with damage like that, they'll be saying hello to ol' Shor before they even know it.

Bound Dagger is one of them.I luv Valdr's Lucky Dagger and I keep it on me all the time after I get it. I didn't even know there was a bound dagger!
