She seemed to have a change in disposition as she unveil to him her painting. Garrick couldn't help but smile at that fact; for her to do that would mean that she were opening himself up to him, surely there are a lot of opportunities for her to show the painting to anyone else for that matter. Not really that much of an illustrator, he don't know full well on what to expect, or what to say.
Slowly did the obscuring cloth moved, almost as if it being sentient in building up tension so as the appreciation for the work will be felt in full. The inexperience with this particular form of art immediately comes to him, so he thought that it is better to not say something, but rather mask this inexperience by admiring the effort instead that went behind its creation. Surely something as elaborate and detailed as such requires much time and dedication. A few simple nods and smiles may indicate this. "It's wonderful, I'm sure Mr. Labeau will be delighted with this.
