    i also had this problem.. just use the paycrimegold thing, it worked for me. if u dont know what i mean, then go to a guard, open your console, click his head with your mouse and after you see something like "(0003hdS3)" type in "paycrimegold" You'll still have your stolen items

    Why do people say that the "Banish" enchantment is the best ?

    I agree with everything you've said, and thats the reason i dont get why do people think its the "Best enchantment" I think absorb hp is the best :P it makes you almost invincible. but how does the banish actualy work ? its like i hit a daedra and he instantly dies ? or what o_O
