It's not boring on your first run as an assassin character. But I liked your suggestions as they are very much in keeping with the RP aspect. Nightingale is perfect for 'dungeon' mission exploration. But I also use normal clothes for scripted assassin missions. My current character is a witch...
As an alternative, my Assassin avoided taking all archery skills, you really only need Overdraw 5/5 and Crit Shot 3/3. If you need to paralyze your target, get extra arrows or need to zoom in/slow time, well frankly you are a crap assassin. I agree with all Stealth perks though. You could save...
That's a nice bit of tech-speak. But are you seriously proposing that a console that runs Skyrim perfectly adequately cannot handle a relatively short add-on? I'm not buying that, I'm afraid.
I totally agree with you. But it is a *SPOILER!* Quest thing... The inner circle companions are all non-beast and the wolf thing is in their blood. But yeah, a giant croc Argonian or huge lion Khajiit would have been a nice bonus. I never play as 'were' as a non-human/mer character for exactly...
Sony does, but it's a clever marketing game. Rocksteady for example have a deal for the Arkham games. Anyone remember how pissed off Xbox gamers were with the PS3 exclusive content? I admit, my earlier post was a little bit aggressive, but this kind of thing does make people angry. I'd never buy...
I worked in the industry for four years and am amazed this 'PS3 is harder to program for' myth is still around. The machine is technically superior to the X360 and is more than capable of running bloody dawnguard! Plus, do you really think Bethesda are going to cancel it on the grounds that...
Here we go again :) I had to go through this with the Fallout 3 DLC bollocks as well. You see, by Todd bending over for Mr Gates and taking it a few times up the ass he gets a lot of money. But not so much as releasing the DLC for Playstation. Hell, during Fallout, Microsoft even gagged the gimp...
I know, it just seems a bit silly to me. If you die, your dead, why is selling your stuff or doing things you don't want to do fun? In what way does it make any sense at all? I can understand players making challenges for themselves by limiting their equipment etc, but punishing themselves for...
I'm with Psi on this, you wanna play hardcore? Die and you start over. That's it. Or even better, ultra-hardcore (if your character dies, you can never play the game again). Or even ULTIMATE hardcore, if you die you have to kill yourself.
We have a lot to be thankful for in the humble potato. It allowed much easier long distance sea journeys. The world would be very different with out it's benign influence. I always honour it by eating bread, potatoes salmon and troll fat (Fish 'n' chips).
This is going to sound really obvious but the key is practice and patience, it usually takes me about 2 and a half hours to get my character just right. My first few characters looked pretty bad too, now I'm always happy with the way they turn out. The two bits of advice I would give is not to...
