    hey, do you know if the level cap is over 50 ?

    No hard level cap. The only caps are on the skills, which is 100 obviously. Once you get all skills to 100, that is your level cap. I say "your" because depending on how you level, the level "cap" can be anywhere from 79 to 81. I should find out within a couple days what my "level cap" is...

    ok thanks i heard it was 50 and was quite disspointed

    I heard the same and was also disappointed! After quite a bit of digging I found the truth, and was excited to be able to have more than the handful of perks I thought I was stuck with.
