    Skyrim running slow

    Hey mate. If I were you, I would dl the latest nvidia drivers (310.70 by my rig). Ambient occulation would undoubtedly put extra strain in the GPU, but it shouldn't keep it at 18 fps REGARDLESS of the other settings. I was having similar problems and the latest drivers helped a great deal...

    Lover or thief stone?

    Go the lover stone man. 10% boost on everything. or 15% or something. Its a jack of all trades and master on none or Master of one trade kinda deal but I would choose lover so you learn magic AND stealth faster. Just my 2 cents.

    PC Skyrim running with extremely low fps

    Hi all, new to the forum but I've got a similar issue. System specs: Windows 7 x64 ultimate Gigabyte GTX560ti super oc i5 760 2.8 ghz quad @ 3.0 ghz. Gskill ripjaws 8gb 1600mhz Gigabyte mobo (can't remember chipset). I can play this game on ultra settings @ 1920x1080 with no lag...
