Ok. Searched around, and found a command called 'SetQuestStage', which allows you to reset quests to a certain stage. But, this only works for a quest you're on, or you have in your quest journal. The Joys of Bugs & Glitches...
Can't remember name of the spell (something like 'Flameball') but it fires a small ball of fire from your hand. does fire damage and blows any dead abjects away. Very useful for clearing dead dragons.- Mackiatoe

I feel it necessary to kill any Imperial or Eleven/Thalmor NPC. I hate them. Mostly, I find them traveling. So I either ambush them or just kill them. Then I lay them out all over the road, and drop some mead bottles nearby. Most awesome crime scene ever...- Mackiatoe
