    My Redguard dual wields war axes, and the stamina regen is really useful, nothing can really stand in the way of spining daedric war axes. But later in the game, especially for dual wield, you don't even need to use racial abilities to wreck things.

    No, NPCs without names won't respawn, but some NPCs like vendors will.

    If your a redguard, and then use Adrenaline rush+elemental fury and dual wield, nothing can stop you.

    Yeah if you go farther into dwemer ruins, there are falmer servants, the first time i saw them I was like :O
