Ebony Blade is faster, you don't have to recharge it, and it absorbs health.
You die when you run out of health, not stamina, so I would rather absorb health.

Sanguine Rose is my choice. I sometimes just summon a Dremora to keep me company.

The Ohgma Infinium. Obviously not for battling, but to help the leveling process. IN-battle, I would say the Wabbajack. I love its unpredictability. Great for a "chaotic" type of character.

Molage Bal's mace just because of the soul trap effect and how evil it looks also it is huge compared to some of the other maces

is the nightingale outfit considered daedric as it is given by nocturnal?
it looks totally badass and the perk are really good.

otherwise I would probably say dawnbreaker

Dawnbreaker just totally fits with my paladin and its effects against the undead kick ass
