When a Dragon just circles you over and over again even flies right above you but does not attack even when you hit it with an arrow. -_- ..Well for me at least try to hit it... I'm terrible at leading.

Anyone else have similar experiences?

Yeah, happens now and again. If you have Dragonrend it should help bring it to the ground.

I'm not sure but my guess is that there are hostile and non-hostile dragons. Non-hostile dragons usually just fly around from a distance so it looks pretty cool but sometimes they are pretty close. I saw a non-hostile dragon just fly through a mountain so I just assume they are not really there for you to fight.

I paralyze or freeze the dragons then make them weak to certain magic and blast away using a mixture of combinations
