skyrim is amazing on PC with all the cool mods . like i found a mod that adds a new land beside skyrim O_O

thought my PC is too weak and i run the game on low settings .
i also have xbox thought but never played skyrim on it -_-

You didn't post your CPU information. Assuming you have a CPU that's fast enough you can run Skyrim but not very well because your graphics processing is weak. In order to get playable frame rates you'll need to custom edit the prefs file to lower the resolution and other graphics settings.
