Why so many immigrants/races living in Skyrim?

Anyone know why Elves, Orcs, Imperials etc have moved to Skyrim
And are tgere any that have done it illegally?

Well probably due to the fact that the Jarls seem to sit on there butts all day and do F*** all, they dont seem to do to bad either as they all seem to have money and dont work, although its the nords own country it seems they are the ones trying to keep there land from the immigrants taking over,


Actually this seems so much like England at the moment. . . . .
