Xbox 360 Whiterun Alchemy House Extension

Hi, I bought the house in Whiterun and all but one extension. And whenever i try to buy the alchemy one he says, "I will have that arranged the next time you go into your house, it will be there." but whenever I go to my house it's not there and the 500 gold is gone! Please help because I am trying to save up for some daedric armor and I can't keep spending 500 Septims every time i try.

I have the same problem. I think I found somewhere that Dawnguard actually caused a glitch. I had it in my first character playthrough and started a second character when I got Dawnguard and noticed this problem. I will see if I can find that link.

yep this is a known bug, sometimes when you buy alchemy lab for breezehome it wont appear, i would wait for new patch
