I need ti find this location for a quest but it seams to be nowhere

(Quick note that the OP is referring to a location in the quest-mod Wyrmstooth.)
The best I can suggest is to ask someone on the Skyrim Nexus or Steam Workshop.

Below is a URL about Cragwater. It's on an island not accessible from Skyrim.
I'd like to suggest to revert to a save as far back as you can deal with, and more than likely get a different location. I do that when I am getting sent to a place I know is buggy. I've to yet have this particular problem with 4-char's, and with those 4, I was never sent to the same place (it's a radiant quest, which means you could end up anywhere in Skyrim or on Solstheim to do it.
