im on the 360...they arent that long but they are every few minutes when your in certain questlines
I also cross my fingers and hope my PS3 doesn't freeze... two times it has completely frozen on me prompting a hard reset
yeah i hate those freezes.. i turn off auto save for less lag and freezes but solitude to riften long journey did some quest in the way and then it freezes forgot to save... i think i died a little inside.Once that smoke freezes on screen you know you are screwed.
I normally type a message to my friend. Course now she has the game, so we chat on the PS3. LOL
I have fantastic graphics, everything on highest settings, and I've never had a loading screen for more than 5 seconds max. The vast majority of the time it's almost instant - I don't even have enough time to read the little blurbs on the loading screen. It's long enouh on the 360 to be anoying. More so when your in town and bouncing from shop to shop. I guess that's the price for such a great looking world.

It's one more reason why PC > Console
My apologies if I touched a nerve - didn't realize this was a "tired debate". No sarcastic tone there btw. I am serious. I thought the little would convey that it was just a little good natured ball breaking.Let's not start this tired debate, shall we? We get it, you're super cool cause you have an uber awesome PC that is just as fast as you probably are.
I've found that the 360 has a decent loading screen time. PS3 has the worst, but the PS3 seems to have terrible loading times with any multiplatform game. I pop Uncharted 3 in there and it loads it like the Roadrunner.
