I started a new character and I just got done returning the Golden Claw, but when I left the Riverwood Trader and a master vampire just appeared out of no where . I know that vampires are suppose to attack towns randomly at night but a master vampire?. I know I could have waited till morning but I am not one to give up that easily. It is not a big deal to be honest but why have master vampires roam around when I was only level 9? I just found to be odd
