Want to make a character thats just steals everything.

not to bothered about combat with this character, just want to run around braking into everywhere and robbing everyone. Once i have mastered it, then i will start the storylines.

any tips on what i should do to level my sneak, pickpocketing and lockpicking quickly?

sneak can easily be level while you are robbing peoples houses. just walk backwards on a wall while they sleep. (Can also be done in the Companions sleeping Quarters). Pickpocketing... just sneak behind people and rob them. (Save often cuz they might find out). Lockpicking you get from opening locks which you have to do throuhgout the game anyways. The Thieves Guild actually helps raise all 3 of these stats.
