In the Hist we trust
Ok so I just decided to start a new character and I am making them a female Imperial Vigilant of Stendarr. And then I thought of something. I know that they wear steel gauntlets and boots with robes of restoration and a hood sometimes. And the also carry a mace and an amulet of Stendarr(obviously). But my question is why do they not have shields? That makes no sense to me
