Vampire Quest Glitches

Has anyone that sided with the vampires in the DLC undertaken quests from the various vampires in Castle Volkihar(i.e. Vingalmo, Faran Sadri) and have them ask you to do the same quest twice)I.e. Turn the same person into a vampire more than once, kill a person in the streets of the same city more than once)?

This has happened to me on multiple occasions and i was wondering if anyone has any ideas or suggestions to change it or fix it.

I got a quest to kill a vampire master at Haemar's Shame (I think), the place where you do the daedric quest for Clavicus Vile but the vampires aren't there :s

It takes about 2 in game months for the enemies to respawn at a dungeon after you clear it out. Maybe you went back before it had been the 2 months? That is a weird one...
