Ustengrav Question

I completed the "Horn of Jurgen Windcaller" quest, and I didn't know a word wall was located in Jurgen Windcaller's tomb. I was wondering if I return to Ustengrav, will the Draugrs, necromancers, and frostbite spiders respawn. I was also wondering what the shout "Become Ethereal" actually does. I know its a stupid question but I am new to RPGs and Elder Scrolls games in general. Thanks for the help.

Hi! I dont think mobs respawn , or leest dont respawn very soon, anyway Become Ethereal is very cool skill, one of the best , esp i u are melee character. It gives u immoratil i think about 10 -12 sec. U can even jump from any height and stay alive have fun!

Typically, if you mouse/pointer over a destination you have already been to, you should see "Cleared" near the title. If that's the case, it should be empty.
