update 11 question

Wondering if the newest update (11) includes the texture pack or not?? Cause i've been having glitches with the texture pack...if i install update 11 first then the texture pack, will it fix my glitches related to texture pack?? thx!!!

Also does this update contain "skse" ??
I'm not even sure what exactly that is...Do i NEED it to play game?? Atm I can't get past the cart ride at the very first without it glitching and crashing...:S
