How this really works ? I had the twin souls in Conjuration but when I cast the spell with one hand only, it does not conjure two souls but one, is this right guys ? Thanks for your help and happy gaming !

It means you can have two summoned or raised followers. For example, you have a flame atronach already following you, you can summon a second one, whether it be storm/frost/flame or even raise and undead follower. Twin souls is incredibly useful. Just cast your conjuration spell twice and there ya go. Enjoy.

Got it. So it does not means that you can cast two souls at the same time with one only one cast ?

You have to cast the second one separately. After casting the first one, you can then cast another one.
