I know with ESO and eventually ES VI coming out this could be a ways off but this could be a cool kinda Redguard/battlespire or DLC thing. It's first person with Skyrim-like-graphics where you play as Tiber. Besides using the thu'um and fighting battles you decide how to manage your army and make decisions like negotiations with Vivec, where to send legions to, what happened with the mantella etc, etc. and when Tamriels conquered your decisions affect how strong the empire is or how many people died or how happy your new subjects are with their new emperor. I get this could fall flat pretty easy and answer questions people want to stay unanswered but it could be kinda cool.
