Thieves Guild Special Job Quest - Stuck!

Hello everybody!

I'm doing currently a Special Job called: The Dainty Sload
and I happend to be stuck on the part where I need to acquire Balmora Blue.

I have no idea how to make this potion and would love to get some intell on this!

I'm stuck here as well! Sabine Nytte never comes outside, therefore I can never talk to her, all she will say inside is "Your not supposed to be in here." On the bottommost floor of the Red Wave there is a note stating there is a chest under the boat with the Balmora Blue in it and it has the best lock gold an buy. I've read you can find the chest containing the sample of Balmora Blue under the dock parallel to the Red Wave, but it is not showing up at all. Can anyone help? I'm using the XBOX 360.

Ok not sure if this helps but I found her on the main deck at 10 pm. I did not go in and I had to buy it off her to get it. Not sure if it helps to but I asked the main dude in solitude what it was made of and he replied one ingredient is moon sugar.
