stuck in a rock. no saves. ememies nearby

Hey all,
I'm stuck in btwn some rocks and a wall a builing where enemies are inside, unkillable.
I cant fasttravel since enemies are nearby, I have no saves, somehow the one i did have got saved over with this gltch (AHHHH) (stupid, i know, lesson learned..)so heresomy last resort...
anyone have anyway to either kill all my nearby enemies that i cant see or get out of these rocks? any ideas would be great.
Or if theres a way to recover lost saves other than the skyrim section XBOX 360.

The only thing i could really think of is if lidia is near send her to go do it..Besides that if you can try to kill them with magic like a fireball or a bow or maybe a shout? Or is that impossible? And it should of automatically saved you and it should be awhile back from where your stuck..Lol this is silly dumb glitches..

Not having a save may have done you in.
Can you use the shout which propels you forward?
Try jumping up and using that at the same time.
