How long until I can sell them?

To my knowledge there isn't a time limit on selling stolen items; the Stolen flag is permanent.

There are people in the Thieves Guild who will buy stolen goods, though.

You can only sell them to 'Fences'. To start getting Fences (or people who are willing to buy your stolen goods), you either need to join the Thieves guild (in which 1 to several are available, pending on progress), or unlock the Fence perk in the Speech constellation, in which any vendor is considered a Fence.

Yea guys, figured that out, sorry! Sold my items though
