Spectral Assassin

Does the spectral assassin's stats scale to the players level each time he is summoned? He seems to be getting stronger.

I know he doesn't spread rumours, unless you've got the knights of the nine, in which case he does.

i cant remember if the spectral assassin scales all the way to 81 with the player or not, but he does scale.

i like it when he glitches and looks like a regular person

from his stats page on the wiki it looks like he should, and should also be the same level as the player as it says level 1-100 PCx1.
