Swim to the other side, then Under the Solitude bridge is a secret door, it will take you to the middle of the city. There are barely any slaughter fish at all and they are easy to kill.

I'm surprised nobody said this, but the Slaughterfish don't even seem to attack as long as you keep moving. They just seem to loosely follow till you're out of the water.

Y'know, for future reference... because you already succeeded xD
