Skyrim Error

Everytime I load up Skyrim, I can't play, all it says I can do is install. I tried running it from steamapps but it isn't working. Please help.

Go to your steam games and select skyrim and then validate local data. This should download any file that is corrupted or missing

Thats weird, its still not working.

Then just delete local data and try installing again...
