skyrim crashes at solitude

i travel to solitude im trying to do the brotherhood hood quest and when ever i get to the weeding it crashes or when i kill the girl all the soldiers come at me and then it crashes i tried movetoqt but it doesn't work idk why little help i don't want to quit these quest it is also happing to my 2nd charcter.

i'll try using the kill command then fast travel when everyone is not mad at me

ok it work but when i came back i got my reward then it instaly crashed
