PS3 Skyrim, 3rth Shout issue's

I went to the 4 kids talked with them, really hard to explain i got my second shout already, No i went visiting them again for the third shout, the man who's gona give me the shout did write it on the ground, but i excedently clicked on the doar once he was writing it down, and when i returned into the house(temple) THERE is no way in hell i can still pick up or read that shout,,, can someone help me i think im glitched somehow, Cause the other peson keeps telling me your ready for the last shout talk to,master wulfgar, but he already did write the shout on the floor and if i stand on it, i won't get it.

Can someone please help out?

simply reloading an old save would fix this problem

If you don't have a save try shouting a simpler version of the one he put on the floor, see if it will restart the dialogue?
