as far as i know clear skies shout is only used in the land of the dead ineffective till you get passed the fog and fight the warrior

thanks for the reply but my concern is, there are no words spoken e.g the unrelenting force shout it has the words FUS RO DAH, the character should yell those words out, but in my case, there are no words spoken.
