Shadowmere dissapeared ! Help

So my shadowmere dissapeared, I am not sure when it happened but I just recently finished the quest where you have to steal the horse and give it to the guy.

I returned to both dark sanctuaries and also the place where I stole the horse and I cant find it..

I play on PS3 so typing a code in wont work, anyone have any idea where he went?

I had the same Problem, i found him just up from the DB place attacking one of the guys that i had failed to clear on that quest, hes a good DB horse check all around the area hes more than likely killing something!
