Xbox 360 Severe glitch on Xbox

The glitch goes like this. My game has around 400+ saves, I hacked the game by grabbing it from my Xbox and putting it to my PC and added a lot of items and spells. I put it back on the Xbox so I have all these armor and stuff. Well ever since then, I can no longer create anew account as the dragon in the beginning will just fly in circles while the guy who is supposed to cut my head off still stands there. I also did kill every single person/guard in the whole game so I thought should know why I'm desperate :3

Would deleting the saves fix it?

Try deleting the game data utility file (not the update) and let it reinstall, this seems to fix it.
