Rotating Camera Help ?

Hey whats up!
I wonder if some of you can tell me how to make camera rotating around my character? But i dont want to use mouse cause i never get nice rotating , you can see that i did with mouse.I would like to do like this guy , check how he did nice smooth rotating :

must be he is using a controller on pc while recording, its the only way i could get it so smooth

edit: also you can use the tfc (toggle freefly camera) and animcam (rotate while weapon is out instead of turning character) console commands and play around with those

If you just let the game run for a couple minutes by itself (don't touch the keyboard or mouse) a camera will slowly rotate around your character kinda like that.
