Does anyone know if Arvak is affected by the necromancy or atronarch perks in the conjuration tree? Thanks

the perk to decrease the magic cost will effect him

i think dual cast make him last longer too.

Thanks, but I guess I need to clarify, I was referring to perks such as dark souls or atromancy.
