Question about legendary pack ?

ok so pretty much i am so excited about the new skyrim legendary pack since i have no internet i couldnt get any of skyrims exspansions. My question is simply would i have to restart my game completely (skyrim normal edition) after i install and start playing the legendary edition.

If it like fallout or Oblivion the dlc are on a disk and you download the dlc's and all patch and work like you got them on line or if it's like morrowind gotye for Xbox then it just uses the save but everything is on one disk short answer is you should be able to keep your saves
