Quest help!

Im a level 24 and am in the quest blindsighted. I am on the 3rd objective, trying to locate Mercer Frey. I am in a large room with three levers. 1 lever shot 3 arrows, the other 2 turn gears above a door that i cant get open. I cant seem to activate both levers at the same time. Please help.

Dragonslayer: There are two levers on the upper portion of the room. The object of this portion of the game is to activate one lever and then to quickly get to the other lever and activate it before the first one stops. It sounds like it could be difficult, but it is quite easy.
