One handed conjuration bound weapon

Does this count for one handed weapon tree? If i put points to one handed weapons will it increase my conjuration bound weapon?

Yes, it does. The damage of the bound weapon does not scale with the Conjuration skill level though. In order to increase the damage of the bound weapons, you'll have to grab the Mystic Binding perk and the One-Handed increase damage perk.
