I'll keep this short, just wondered what people would think of this idea....

Equals a marriage made in heaven... im picturing Winterhold Expanded .. magical themed village clinging onto the rock, magical vendors, npc's etc..

Cool idea. It would be a bit hard to fit into the lore of the area, though. Maybe you could say that it was the ruins of the village and lower areas of the college from before the Red Mountain Eruption?
