Alright, Im using a Imperial Ranger atm. What I have found is that you can level up your Archery faster by sneak attacking with your bow. I find this easier because it does double damage, and in first person the sneak symbol is very easy to aim with. Another way is to spam mammoths and giants with arrows, when they get too close run away or find a spot they can't reach.
