Mzulft Oculary key......

I have been thru then entire place and cannot find this key, any one know where it is supposed to be located?

there's supposed to be a mage on the floor right when you enter the place and he babbles about the falmer and dies, he's supposed to have the key on him.

I got that one when I entered, I was looking for the second key, but, I found it finally hidden way back in another room that I had not been into yet.

Right opposite the door you're trying to get through is another door. Go back through it and just keep walking the corridor as far as you can go. There is a semi circular chest with the key in. I think you pass it on the way in...I missed it as well.
