PC Markarth problem :(

Hello everyone...
someday i did the talos temple quest...(its when u go to the shrine and guards are waiting for u)
and ever since i go there when i pass by a guard his says "wait i know you" and he says that i commited crimes against the city and when i use the jail answer nothing happens and everybody is chasing me.
what can i do?

When they start saying "Wait I know you" simply ignore it. Don't even answer, they won't bother you then.

Had same thing.

Go into the shrine and kill all three guards. Then once outside you will be arrested. Pay the bounty, leave Markarth go back in and everything should be ok.

I've done that i tried to get arrested tried also to pay the bounty but even if i want to go to jail
the guard says "what's the problem" and then he attacks me.

that sounds like a glitch. i had a similar problem. i was trying to do the forsworn conspiracy quest and instead of being confronted by the gaurds and thrown in chidna mine. they would just say whats the problem or weve got the situation under control. so i had to wait till i made a new character to do this quest. but my wife had another problem. she ran when the gaurds try to arrest you in the shrine of talos. and after that she had to pay a fine and a few bounty hunters everytime she got near markarth. so you can try to attack a guard outside of the city and then put your weapons away. ask to be thrown in jail and complete the quest that way. part of the forsworn quest is done in chidna mine.

It's a glitch in the forsworn conspiracy quest. You can pretty much get around it by just ignoring the guards.
I've had that glitch ever since I did this quest and the following, escape from chida(sp?) mine. When I escaped I helped the forsworn kill some of the guards instead of just getting my rewards for the escape and letting them go about their business. Ever since I have had a glitch and can't even pay off the guards or go to jail.

really they just try to attack you? if they attack you kill one of them and put your weapons away for the next. to try and prompt that surrender feature in the game. it might work.

they don't try to attack me... well, except for last night but I think my mag follower provoked them
since the end of the "escape from the mine" quest, I got the presents for that and the forsworn stormed out into the city. They attacked the guards as they escaped the city and I inadvertantly helped them. Since then, the guards all say "Hey, I know you..." and when they do I just keep on walking sometimes I sprint and they don't bother me.
I've tried to turn myself in to the guards but it just loops the standard responses. Last time that happened I just exited the conversation and they walked away.

Guys i played Skyrim yesterday and try to get my character arrested in Whiterun.I went to jail and at the cell where i was escaped but i didn't get my staff back and everytime i go near a guard nothing happens.Like it's fixed.
Also i forgot to tell u that i went to the smith near the companions and a dude from them (can't remember the name) was pulling his sword when i was near.I'll go to Markarth today and see what's up.

i think its because you helped the forsworn upon exiting the prison, i didnt i just stood there and watched them kill the gaurds and i have no trouble there.

Hey narzvhog i didn't wait while i was in jail so i escaped when i saw the hatch.And now the guards don't say "WQait i know u" .The problem now that i have in Whiterun is that Vilkas (if i'm saying his name correct) from the companions when he is near me he pulls out his sword but he does not attack.And he talks to me.
And finally went to Markarth and i can't go to jail keeps looping whatever answer i give to the guard and whan i press the tab button guards attack me!

The only way that I've read to get this fixed with Vilkas and with the guards attacking you or trying to arrest you in Marketh is to side with the Stormcloaks. After you do that, you can start taking over different cities, and The Reach is #3 I think. You will have to try to sneak in to speak with the Steward in the Keep and blackmail him by stealing something from his dresser, but after you do that you should be able to talk to him and blackmail him. This will move a little further into the quest line and eventually you'll have control of the Reach and all of the imperial guards will be replaced by Stormcloaks and all debts are forgiven and Vilkas will no longer pull the sword on you. I had this issue as well and now it's fixed.

I've fought with Stormcloaks against Imperials and took down whiterun.Over there the same happend and after they arrest me i escapred from jail and everything is okay.But i didn't get my stuff back.As for Vilkas i don't know why that happend.I've installed update 4 yesterday and i'll see if these matters are fixed.

You'll have to let me know if the patch fixed the issue. There are a lot of little bugs in this game, but I still love it.

Hello guys....installed the 4th update but nothing happened.Tried to go to Markarth again and in every answer i give to any guard it loops and if i press the tab button every guard is cheassing me.

Supposed to be fixed with the next update, this month....

Patch 1.4 is coming out soon by the end of the month as Skullrattla said. I'd wait until that comes out and gets installed and see if it fixes your problem. For now, I'd either just ignore that area and play around in the rest of the world or start a new character and do another play-through.
