Major flaw with Serana

I have read that she resurrects things that are not the most powerful of dead things laying around; but really … a rabbit!!??? Yes, she zombied a bunny rabbit that I killed prior to fighting some bad guys. Needless to say as far as I could tell, it was not the Killer Rabbit; at least give me a Holy Hand Grenade.
That's just nuts.
The programmers really need to get a patch out on this.

The problem with her is that she's not in the kitchen making me a Blood and Toast breakfast.

Though I would love to kill the same rabbit twice my main concern with her is that when close to her drain life in VL form does ridiculously small amounts of damage and I have to rely on either corpse curse and claws or throwing them off cliffs to kill things. Other than that she is a fun companion in my opinion.
